We have urgent opportunity With one of the leading MNC Bank for Strategic Head -Collections role for Gurgaon location.

Key Accountability:-

- Develop and implement collections strategies for pre-charge off & post charged off accounts, identifying and enhancing digital interface, right balancing of allocation strategies across channels.

- Candidate should have good experience from Consumer loan collection background.

- Drive operational processes including optimization of dialer and non-dialer Collections activity to achieve all outbound and inbound KPIs; tracking performance metrics and making tactical adjustments to operations to achieve financial results

- Overall responsibility for analyzing performance against targets, clearly setting expectations for performance and providing training, coaching and feedback to assist in driving productivity, initiative and engagement
