Strategic Executive Assistant To Managing Director - Oil & Gas Domain (4-8 yrs)
1. Responsible to drive procurement strategy for Opex / Capex/IT peripherals across the group
2. Annual Budget preparation, tracking spend & variances on a monthly basis.
3. Preparing monthly reviews (KPI, cost improvement projects, price variance, recovery/quality issue resolution) internally.
4. Driving and monitoring Civil projects and asset purchase & sale across the group.
5. Building, establishing and coordinating relationships with regulatory bodies and government departments
6. Formulate procurement strategy for meeting budgeted cost savings by providing overall thrust and direction to meet the objectives & needs of the business
7. Responsible for conceptualising and finalising/awarding contracts for the capex projects
8. Interfacing actively with Finance team to ensure that procurement practices meet all control and reporting objectives to achieve an efficient procure-to-pay cycle cost for the Organization
9. Responsible for tracking of Business Transformation initiatives for each function and businesses.
10. Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, & Cost benefit analysis
11. Compile information on industry trends; Track industry growth and conduct competitor analysis
12. Support the Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.
