We are hiring for Change Analyst in Pune location for 8 months contract


Job Title : Change Analyst

Location : Pune

Industry : Renowned Investment Bank

Payroll company - Probiz Solutions ( sister concern of Osource Global Pvt Ltd)

Salary : Negotiable for the right candidate

Specific/ mandatory skills :

- Business analysis / Project Manager covering process, data and functional requirements

- Experience range: Similar to AVP levels

Project duration : 8 months

Shift timings : UK Hours (preferable). Not mandatory.

Work from Home at present (Yes/No) : Yes but expected to follow Future of work from April onwards

Description :

- The position is part of the Finance Change team which is under Group Finance. Finance .Change are responsible for delivering the strategic change book of work for the bank's core initiatives globally.

- Role is to report to Project Manager for FDW CCO Acceleration program. This individual will assist in managing workstreams within the program and supporting delivery of change.

- FDW (Financial Data Warehouse) is a critical platform for the bank's reporting. In enhancing the upstream data models, and passing this data into the new strategic CCO data Platform, this is a critical delivery for the bank to drive efficiencies into the current processes. The principal change analyst will assist in defining data, processes and functional requirements to support the build and implementation of the new workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and run governance, providing status reports and escalating to Project Manager and senior management

- Cross department liaison between IT, Risk, Finance and Treasury

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and that new SDP's (standard data protocol models) are complete

- Liaise with IT Project Manager to resolve issues

- Understand the current and future state architecture & assist in coordinating IT's planned roll out

- Define new Target Operating Model, (including new processes, governance and control framework), for Credit Risk department (CRDU).

- Assist with UAT testing and resolution of issues.

- Ensure Operational Readiness for Go live

Skills & Experience required :

Business analysis skills : Proven analytical and logical problem solving skills applied to requirement definition. This should cover process, data and functional requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of applying these skills within Finance change projects

Management : Proven ability to manage the development of requirements as part of a finance change project. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholders of different levels in the organization and maintain a disciplined focus on delivering to required milestones within the agreed scope.
