Job Purpose : 

Overall Airport Sector Planning, monitoring execution & Business Integration

Accountabilities : 

- Strategic and Annual Operating Plan Framework/BSC build and review. Strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan prepared and adopted for sector.

- Performance monitoring, review and control of various assets. --Periodical management information reports of Airport Sector review& follow up to close action points.

- Business Integration Delivery of integrated strategy, process and execution plan.

- Coordination with all functional heads Driving business initiatives towards common objectives

- Managing key stakeholders Lenders/Authority/Construction and Business Partners

- Research & Market Intelligence Monitoring, Analysis and briefing business heads on updates on external stakeholders and business sector.

Financial Dimensions : 

- Strong analytical & quantitative skills; Knowledge of financial modelling will be an added advantage

- Capex Budgeting, monitoring and control

Other Dimensions : 

- Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis

- Should have vision, strategic capabilities and a long-term focus including business acumen and target- and result oriented approach

- Ability to deal with 8-10 cross functional/project management team
