We are currently hiring for leading Fintech Startup into investment advisory platform
Role - Strategic Business Head - Life Insurance Business
Exp: 7 years +
Location : Bangalore/ Mumbai
KRA:
- Lead business strategy for Insurance business
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading insurance companies
- Drive innovation through differentiated product offerings
- Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with Insurance companies & internal teams
- Define and implement overall Insurance product strategy, product development, and go-to-market plans.
- Develop and manage a high-performance team in support of strategic and growth objectives.
- Define and develop business plans, financial projections, and product positioning across multiple solutions in the Life Insurance marketplace.
- Responsible and accountable for achieving financial goals and managing the Life Insurance Practice P&L.
- Listen to clients and market participants to identify and cultivate new ideas to fuel the growth of the Life Insurance Practice.
- Take responsibility for the overall growth of the category and for customer engagement
Job Specifications:
- The role holder will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Extensive travel may be required- typically 10-25% within India.
- Candidate from Life Insurance domain, someone who has an understanding of strategy, compliance, Product (both Insurance product and the digital product)
- We want candidates who are currently holding senior roles and leading Life Insurance business.
- Should have handled P&L responsibility in his/her current/previous role.
