- Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
- Lead the Partnerships with assigned brands, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external objectives driving the business, along with responsibility of driving projects & promotions with sellers
- Craft compelling value propositions, negotiate commercial and legal terms (with support from the Legal team), and navigate internal approvals and agreements
- Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Responsible for maximizing Organization's business profitability & selection via Joint business plans with sellers
- Represent organization in external facing events
