Qualification: CA ONLY ROLE: - Strategic business analyst to CFO. - Assisting in preparation of Budgets &amp; Forecasts. - Assisting the CFO &amp; CEO in P&amp;L management of the the group and subsidiaries. - Strategic analysis - Reports - Being a part of board meetings to present the business analytical view to the financial statements. - Enable stakeholders and leaders to make strategic decisions, build business scenarios, next moves, evaluate alternative investment options through Portfolio management process, drives Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to anticipate short term financial performance. - Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex&nbsp; duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the GM/DIRECTOR FINANCE. - You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items; drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting. - With your ability to multi-task you will also provide some support to the other members of the management team - You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery. You will choreograph complex projects, events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless.
