Strategic Alliances Role - BFSI (3-6 yrs)
- Acquisition of clients for vertical.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure continuous engagement
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams
- Develop a diverse assortment of external partnerships with leading Corporates/Institutions that will strategically further the goals of the company by providing brand appreciation, business growth and Alliance originated revenue
- Receivables management will be an integral part of the KRA
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new partnerships that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
