Seeking Strategic Alliances and Affinity People/Product Managers
Our Client is a Leading Global Insurance Broking and Risk Consulting Company.
Our Client is launching state of the art Insuretech and new products which will have a lot of impact.
We are seeking product managers to build and grow our offerings while working in a performance based and highly invigorating environment.
Your Key Deliverables:
Responsible for tying-up and building strategic partnerships for our insurance products with the top digital ecosystem (i.e. payments, fintech, healthtech, etc.) companies in India
Manage and own your portfolio of Partners - Plan, execute and drive customized account strategy
Structure and the deal with new Partners
Align and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan, e.g. with technology teams to ensure timely launch and subsequent roll-out, with partner delivery teams to drive higher sales and highest standard of servicing and partner operations teams to ensure smooth working of operations for each Partner (i.e.payments, reconciliations, etc.)
Help grow the revenue from each Partner by improving conversions e.g. driving traffic to our products on Partner websites/app, suggestions for improving customer UI/UX, supporting the partner with digital marketing material, and introducing new products to each Partner,etc
Manage day to day Partner relationship - engage with Partners with a win-win mindset to improve customer experience, drive higher revenue, drive strategic objectives, etc.
Develop a strong understanding of Clients insurance products and tech capabilities
Responsible for actively tracking and actioning on key metrics for Partners and Customers on a daily basis - revenue, profitability, conversion, and NPS
REQUIREMENTS :
Very strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Products is a plus
Good knowledge of business models of various digital ecosystem companies (e.g. FinTech, Telecom, Payments, eCommerce, etc.) and digital health companies (e.g. Pharmacies, Tele Consultation, etc.)
Proven track record of closing and delivering on digital partnerships
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys
Process driven and metric driven approach
Bring own relationships with digital ecosystem partners
