Strategic Advisor/Business Analyst - BFSI - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Role:

Creating financial modeling,

Investment Trend Analysis/ Comparative analyses

Recommendations to Senior Management on the investments front.

Due Diligence of proposed investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Data Analysis

- Should have been / have worked with any of the large Private Equity firms on the sell side

Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, which will lead to recommendations from an investment standpoint in various industries

Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

Market research, data mining, business intelligence and business evaluation.

Qualification: MBA from Premier Institutions

Desire Candidate:

- Strong analytical ( quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research.

- Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
