Stratagem - Manager - Business Development/Client Servicing (1-4 yrs)
Stratagem is a growing, young experiential marketing agency working across India. We're based in Delhi and work with 50+ clients majorly in the automobile industry for services like Mall Activations, Experiential Marketing, Upcountry Activations, Space Marketing, Events etc. The agency is managed by Shrey Kapoor, an alumnus of FMS Delhi.
We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a young, highly motivated candidate with an interest in sales, marketing and business development. The role will be based out of our office in Jasola and will involve setting up regular client meetings, pitch presentations, revenue generation, and client servicing. We're a small core team and would prefer people who are open to "all-rounder" profiles and working in a start-up like an environment.
Since the candidate will be one of the core team members, we're open to offering lucrative incentives basis monthly performance.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining excellent relations with key clients in the area
- Identifying new prospects, Calling / Fixing up meetings and Presenting proposals to clients in Delhi/NCR
- Maintain active business pipeline
- Submitting regular proposals, pitch presentations, and quarterly/annual plans
- Planning & Executing BTL / Experiential Marketing activations across Delhi/NCR including Corporate Activations, Mall Activations, Upcountry Activations etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactiveness and Ownership-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of Experiential Marketing / Events would be a plus
Salary: INR 5-10 LPA (people outside this bracket also may apply)
