- Pop Up Central aims to organise the pop-up and short-term retail market in India. Globally Pop-Ups are a $50 Billion industry. Pop-Ups are a flexible and cost efficient activation as well as retail format as compared to leasing which involves long-term contracts (1-20 years), huge investment and legal support. We want to aggregate all under-utilised spaces across malls, hotels, restaurants, corporates, gyms, hospitals, multiplexes and any other place which gets targeted footfall to which brands want to reach out; providing end to end solutions from space booking to pop-up experience management.

- The listed spaces will be offered to brand owners / agencies of established brands which want to organise short time activations as well as upcoming brands wanting to test-market their products before moving to larger retail formats.

- We have a strong background in brand activations, experiential marketing & space marketing, and have worked with 50+ Top Malls across the country for 30+ major clients, which gives us a competitive advantage in terms of knowledge and connections.

- The Founder is an alumnus of FMS Delhi, and has experience of working with The Times Group, and managing an experiential marketing agency.

- Looking for a Co-Founder with a Tech background, who can bring to the table technical and product management expertise to create a world-class platform, taking complete ownership of the product from scratch.

- Currently at a concept / pre-seed stage and plan to raise seed funding once basic product is ready.

Responsibilities:

1) Complete Ownership of the Product (Platform) from scratch - Developing and Executing the Tech Strategy of the company, Product Management

2) Jointly charting out and executing the short-term and long-term business plan

3) Involvement in business planning, investor pitches, fund-raising

4) Strategic Inputs for space aggregation and demand generation

4) Hiring and Managing the Tech Team - Development & Marketing

5) Analytics and Reporting
