Responsibilities:

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

- Generate comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

- Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant insights to support business decisions.

- Assist management with assessment of revenue recognition accounting implications for new business proposals, business combinations, new products, and services.

- Conduct variance analysis to understand trends, risks, and opportunities in the business.

- Own the development and enhancement of current management reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability.

- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance.

- Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional finance organization.

- Support strategy to driver curiosity and improve efficiency.

- Ad hoc and special projects as needed.
