Location- Hyderabad
Desirable years of work experience : 8 -12 years
Educational qualification : Graduate in any discipline. PG Diploma/MBA in Marketing preferable.
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Marketing Manager is a Customer Acquisition Operations support Function and ensuring Comprehensive Marketing Support for Events, Promotions, Collaterals, Above the Line, Schemes for Customers, Schemes for Sales and ensuring Corporate Marketing Policy is Adhered to.
Responsibility :
- All Marketing Collateral Creative & Printing
- Below the Line Activity Planning, Scheduling & Roll Out.
- Above the line Creative & Roll Out including Media Buying
- Event Planning, Creation, & Roll out
- Corporate Communication Internal - Create & Roll Out
- Corporate Communication External - Create & Roll Out
- Ensure Least Cost Metrics for Marketing - As per budget
- Team Building
- Succession Planning
- Training & Development Inputs for Sales & Marketing
- Process Improvement Feedback and Continuous Process Improvements.
- Ensure Country wise Culture Sentiments are taken care off in all Marketing Activities
Reporting to :
- This Position Reports to the Global Head - CAL with a dotted line reporting to the CEO.
