Position- Manager Legal

Job Description:

Location: This position is based at Corporate Office, Hyderabad. (Local candidates are preferred)

Responsibility :

- The incumbent will be addressing and attending to all important legal matters; manage cases to ensure risk mitigation done effectively

- Coordinating with Legal Firms for any Legal Matters

- Preparing & drafting of Agreements & Contracts.

- Maintaining sustained contact & liaison with legal professionals & government officials

- Develop & retain a legal firm for all Legal Matters.

- Handle all Legal Compliance for the Organisation.

- Administration and Closure of Property on lease in Multiple Cities

- Creating a Legal Documents Repository

- Legal Protection Processes for the Management of IHS

Reporting to : This position would be reporting to the Operations Head

Qualification and the years of work experience :

- The candidate must be graduate in Law with a minimum of 8 years of experience handling these responsibilities. Preferably worked in hospitality and healthcare industries, infrastructure, real estate & manufacturing industries.

- This is for a start up venture on Medical Tourism which is being promoted by STPL Global.
