Descriptions :

The Expansion Manager will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth supply of warehouses at various locations/territories.

2. Establish relationship with business partners and execute verification & documentation of the inventory.

3. Identify key areas in and around city which are strategically important for warehousing/logistics industry.

4. Manage launch of new warehouses and ensure smooth operational process establishment.

5. Launching of new warehouses and Business operations of various clients in various cities.

6. Understanding of Business Operations of Various clients and training the same to New team.

7. Hiring of New team across the desired cities, training, Manage them on a regular wise.

8. Team Management and legal documentations of clients as well landlords.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must be a graduate/PG from reputed college (Tier -1 or Tier -2).

2. Prior experience in real estate or logistics industry preferred.

3. Language preferred: English, Hindi, and Kannada.

4. Regional geographical knowledge is a plus.
