Job Title: Store Manager - Retail Industry - Kolhapur

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for smooth functioning of the store.

2. Responsible for Manpower Planning & Development.

3. Vendor Management

4. cluster management

5. QA & QC

6. Business Development

7. Stock checking

8. Inventory Control

9. Pilferage Control

Key Skills Mandatory:

Should have at least 5-7 years of work experience in QSR of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory role managing not less than 20 persons. Should have handled team of 80 - 100 team members

Industry: QSR & Hospitality only

Gender: Male

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience

Job Location: Kolhapur

Working Days: 6 days

This role will involve working on weekends & all festive holidays & in shifts

Candidate should be open to relocation if a need arises

Qualification: Graduate
