Salary : INR 18-24 LPA + Incentives

Work Mode : Onsite

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of derivative markets and instruments to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Develop quantitative models and tools to evaluate derivatives pricing, risk management strategies, and portfolio optimization techniques.

- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting derivative products.

- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and research analysts to assess market opportunities and risks.

- Generate detailed reports, presentations, and analysis summaries for internal stakeholders and clients.

- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.

- Participate in strategy discussions and contribute to the development of trading strategies and risk mitigation techniques.

- Ensure compliance with NISM-VIII certification requirements and other regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Derivative Analyst or similar role in financial markets.

- Post-graduation in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- NISM-VIII certification is mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.

- Deep understanding of derivative products, pricing models, and risk management strategies.

- Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

- Experience with statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, Tableau).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
