Delivery Consultant

Stockone is looking for a highly motivated Delivery Consultant to join our team. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for managing the delivery of our SaaS WMS solution to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, logistics, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the delivery of our SaaS WMS solution to our customers

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solution

4. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines

5. Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

6. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope

7. Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project delivery

8. Provide training and support to customers on our solution

9. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

2. 5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, or customer support

3. Experience in driving cross functional projects with mid to high level complexity

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong organizational and time management skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
