What is Stoa? Stoa (stoa.com) is a highly selective professional charter for business professionals. In order to join the charter, candidates have to go through the Stoa program and pass the tests to earn their Charter Levels (Stoa L1 / Stoa L2). It's kinda like CA / CFA but for marketing, product and BizOps roles. Backed by founders of CRED, Zerodha, Udemy, Redbus, Myntra, Zivame, Stoa provides young professionals a path to get all the outcomes of doing an MBA without the time or monetary investment. In our previous avatar, Stoa was a 6 month online 'MBA bootcamp' that helped people break into startups. Where would you fit in the organisation? To succeed at our mission of unlocking human potential, we need a few more hands on deck. Keeping this in mind, we are looking for a strong candidate to scout and bring top talent to Stoa. This is an exciting role as you'll work closely with the founders and team leads for their hiring requirements and help Stoa scale fast. Key Responsibilities: -Execute paid performance campaigns, analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across platforms - Track and optimize the campaign outputs and audit and update regularly as per performance. - Scale campaigns as per CPL, CPC and lead targets as per our audience buckets. - Tightly manage and expand the audience list and continuously optimize it - Manage campaign expenses estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies - Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns - Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation Role Requirements: - At least 3+ years of proven track record - Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook - Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition - In-depth experience with bid management tools - Experience with website analytics tools - Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports and dashboards Why should you join Stoa? - The opportunity to build things from scratch excites you - You genuinely believe that education can change lives - You are in it for fun and not just money - You don't like to be micro-managed - you will find all the support you need, but you would like us not to manage you.
