Position Name : Learning &amp; Business Operations Head Reporting to : Director Location : Bangalore Essential Responsibilities : - Lead an experienced team to design, create, develop and deliver high end, branded training products in the areas of Coaching, Leadership, Customer Interaction, Selling, Team Working etc. based on our copyrighted, proprietary processes - Build case studies, role plays, questionnaires and games for each module. - Create successful branding for the product-line - Design, create and develop TTTs for each of the new products for practitioners and trainer certification - Explore all possible promotional options in print, website and social media to generate leads - Create branding while designing props and training material for all courses - Write relevant subject matter blogs propagating our new process / concept. - Grow the business in the HR &amp; OD Consulting, ACDC, Coaching &amp; Leadership Development verticals - Prepare Open course calendar for our various certification programs - Attend client meetings as required - Create a documented SOP for all Internal processes Desired Qualifications and Certifications QUALIFICATION : MBA in HR or PG in any field of Humanities CERTIFICATION : - Certified on psychometric tools - Certified assessor to run Assessment Development center from organization of repute. Essential Competencies : - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Strategic Thinking - Leading a team - Creative/Thinking outside the Box - Attention to detail - Conflict Management - Big picture thinking - Result Oriented Desired Previous Exposure / Experience : - Should have minimum 15+ years of Experience. - A dynamic all-rounder who has a proven track record in training; business and Content Development from conception to execution using proprietary concepts and tools. - Should have carried out learning transformation initiatives through thought leadership, strategy design and execution for People and Organization development - Designing, creating and conducting high end Leadership and various behavioral skills programs - Should have Designed and managed talent management programs such as Assessment and Development Centre (ADC) and mentoring / coaching - Worked closely with corporate executives and senior management to Visualize strategies effectively to create new clients on a continuous basis and evolve newer business - Trainer resource management for the requirement/s received and act as a bridge between the client and trainer to fulfill the client need - Self / Hand Holding experience to produce creative product promos, proposals, participant workbook etc.. - Identify, select and develop a partner network About us : Stimulus Consulting (P) Ltd is a Training and Consulting organization, headquartered in Bangalore.
