STERLITE SCHOOL TECH LOOKING FOR A LEAD STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIPS

- Sterlite School Tech (SST) coordinates edu-tech initiatives as part of CSR for Sterlite Group Companies Sterlite Technologies and Sterlite Power. 

- SST is being established as an independent start-up unit to strengthen its expansion into sustainable ed-tech programs. SST views its role as system integrator, keen on designing and rolling out large scale, Pan-India programs. As part of its aggressive scale-up plans, SST is expanding its senior management team and is seeking to recruit a Lead: Strategy and Partnership.

Role and Responsibilities : 

- The proposed role will work centrally with the Head of Sterlite School Tech. The role is envisaged keeping in mind the vision to expand strategic partnerships with external stakeholders. This role will also contribute, in substantial measure, to creating an independent entity, supplementing the Foundation's financial resources as well as presenting its impact to the eco-system.

Desired Competencies : 

- Potential applicant are expected to have strong communication skills Written and Oral, have had experience of engaging corporate/government and foundation leaders in strategic partnerships. 

- Candidates should be having Masters in relevant field of Management/Social Development/Public Administration with at least 5 - 10 of relevant experience. 

- Applicants from corporate are also welcome to apply. A key desirable is a passion to impact education in low income/Govt aided schools.
