Strategic - Leading direct and indirect tax strategy for Invit and it's SPV's - Partnering M&amp;A team - Leading tax positioning for investors &amp; publishing FAQ's - Recommending business restructuring plans to senior management b. Financial &amp; Operational - Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests - Identify and mitigate tax risks - Manage tax provision and tax compliance process - Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices - Create MIS of assessment, litigation and contingent liability - Manage and coordinate tax audits, tax returns - Maintain tax balances on general ledger c. People - Develop relationship with multiple stakeholders- Third Party administrators, Bankers, Tax advisors, Legal agencies etc - Financial institutions, and investors for execution of M&amp;A.
