Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the agency. This may involve identifying target markets, leveraging digital channels, networking, and establishing partnerships.
2. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the agency's value proposition, understanding client requirements, and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions. Aim to achieve high conversion rates and meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals and pitches for potential clients. Tailor the proposals to address client needs and demonstrate the agency's expertise in digital marketing.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on digital marketing strategies and solutions. Foster long-term partnerships to drive repeat business.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and provide inputs for refining the agency's offerings.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and account management teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities. Collaborate on client onboarding and handover processes.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition. Regularly report on KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
8. Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the agency's service offerings. Use feedback to refine sales strategies, proposals, and overall customer experience.
9. Industry Representation: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility, expand the professional network, and explore potential partnerships.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and new technologies through self-learning, training programs, and certifications. Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a presales or business development role within a digital marketing agency or similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive pitches to clients.
