Stemz Healthcare - Manager/Deputy Manager - Corporate Strategy

Role Description : 

- Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop future growth strategies and strategic plans

- Understand the drivers of financial, marketing, and operational performance and forecast its impact on the business (with special focus on improving cost efficiency & customer experience)

- Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify opportunities and improvement areas

- Work on financial and strategical analysis like revenue projections, cost analysis, market benchmarking, pricing etc.

- Work on periodic business reporting, inter-departmental meetings & design various dashboards

- Develop financial models and performs an evaluation of the projects from time to time

- Prepare decks, briefs/summaries, and materials for investor and industry meets

Qualification & Experience

- Masters / MBA from Tier 1 institute with 3 -5 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience with a background in strategy consulting, or corporate finance strategy.
