Stemmons - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources.

- Prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations for senior management or clients.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and market conditions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:.

- Develop financial models to forecast business performance.

- Assist in the creation and management of budgets.

- Provide regular updates on budget variance and suggest corrective actions.

Financial Planning:

- Assist in long-term financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.

- Recommend strategies for improving profitability, cost control, and financial efficiency.

Reporting to Stakeholders:.

- Provide financial insights through various reports to stakeholders (onshore management in US).

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Present financial reports, highlighting critical findings and recommendations.

- Risk Management - Analyze financial risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Team leading: Manage & groom a team of Financial Analysts along with individual contribution.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to process large amounts of data and identify patterns and trends.

- Financial Modelling: Proficiency in building financial models to forecast future performance.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

- Communication Skills: Excellent Communication skills for regular Interaction with an onshore team in US.

- Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Able to assess complex financial situations and recommend actionable solutions.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel & office skills are must).

- Knowledge of Financial Regulations: Understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks (USGAAP knowledge is an added advantage for the profile).

Educational Requirements:

- Degree in Finance & Accounting, or a related field.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 7 year or MBA with 6 to 12 of relevant experience.

Job Location: Vadodara (WFO).

Timings: 2PM-11PM.
