- Understanding of Compliance and Statutory Laws

- Employee Engagement

- Handling Employee Lifecycle

- Training & Development

- Performance Management

- Ability to Develop Processes & Policies from scratch

Ideal candidate should have the following experience:

- Handling Strategic role in current employment

- Hands on with Employee Engagement initiatives

- Well versed with employee life cycle

- Designed and executed Performance Appraisal

- Team Handling

- Grievance Handling
