Stellapps Technologies - HR Business Partner (8-12 yrs)

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business including the key business drivers, financials, its culture and its competition.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Coaches managers on the right approach to adopt on all people related matters

- Ensures hiring of the right talent that enhances the overall capability quotient

- Provides data based insights to managers and leaders on what is going well and what needs to change

- Pro-actively highlights potential issues and works with the business leaders to resolve them

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.

- Partners with the legal department as needed on matters related to labour laws and employee relations

- Provides guidance and support to line managers relating to coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions in order to drive higher levels of performance

- Works closely with line managers to conceptualize and implement key initiatives relating to productivity, culture building, retention and engagement

- Ensures that the employees get adequate support from other HR functions like recruitment, HR Operations, etc.

- Identifies and fulfils the training needs for business units

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to process data and derive key insights on factors that are affecting the employees

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Proficient in HR technology platforms

Education and Experience:

- MBA with specialization in HR from an institute of repute

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR

- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation practices, performance management and employment laws

Salary offered: 12-15LPA
