Stellapps Technologies - Finance Manager - CA/ICWA (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to prepare P&L & Balance Sheet and analyse the same.
- Review day to day activities and ensure statutory compliances of payment & filing of returns.
- Able to prepare & review MIS and send it to management in time.
- Able to liaison with banks and other lenders.
- Able to perform budget.
- Able to perform GL scrutiny.
- Able to improve or introduce the internal control and process
- Have sound knowledge of treasury and it related activities
- Other works as assigned by Management as per requirement of Business
- Treasury
- Ensure compliance of all statutory filings and payment
- Dealing with Lenders and provide timely MIS to them.
- Periodic scrutiny of General GL
- Monthly closure of FS & MIS
- Any other activities or work assigned by the management
Qualification: Candidate should be CA Inter or ICWAI Inter of ICWAI qualified of CA Finalist
