Software Solutions Architect

Software Solution Architect will be responsible for Architecting Solutions, Solution Design, Software Design, Guiding the engineering team in implementation, deployment, product life-cycle management. Enterprise app design development for high load, low latency, high availability.

Designation : Software Solutions Architect

Reporting to : Senior Engineering Manager

1. Technical skills will include : Java Spring Framework, Cloud based solutions design and design pattern for enterprise application development using relational databases, deployment. Knowledge of IOT, AWS and other cloud platforms, time series databases, asset and performance management, and working knowledge of DevSecOps principles including CI/CD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Software Solutions Architect : will have a broad set of responsibilities that will encompass the following :

- Guide a large software engineering organization responsible for design, development, testing and delivery of an enterprise class cloud native SaaS offering using agile development methodologies.

- Help in define and realize the roadmap for the products - technical & development. Create a suite of products that leverages data, that enables customers to improve their productivity, performance, reliability, and safety. Adopt a hands-on approach to product architecture.

Qualification : Bachelors or higher degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science or Electronics

Experience :

- Minimum of 10 Years of experience of which the last 8 years must be in product engineering

- A stint in a product organization will be a great advantage

- Exposure to IOT, Fintech solutions development and roll-out

- Cloud deployment of services with Micro-services architecture

Technology Skills & Competencies:

- Cloud, Mobile Apps, Data Warehousing, Database management and performance optimization, Android Apps development and publication in Google; Embedded product development will be a plus

- Java Spring Framework, Design Pattern for Enterprise Application Development

- RESTful micro-services development

- Knowledge of Relational Databases, especially PostgreSQL

- Performance Tuning, and experience in Hibernate for low latency applications dev

- Understanding of message queuing systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ for asynchronous service development

- Waterfall and agile models

- Cloud architecture, Devops process

- Security for enterprise apps

- Integrating notification system such as SMS massage, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.
