Senior Program Manager - Sales-FMCG/Retail
Roles & Responsibility :
The purpose of this role is to provide a strong support to the sales leadership team in evolving the sales strategy in the Dairy and FMCG space.
- Evolve the sales strategy based on business goals
- Understand the FMCG market landscape and identify potential opportunities for premium milk
- Help build the product portfolio based on market research in the premium segment
- Prepare a business plan; identify key go-to-market opportunities based on the product portfolio; define pricing strategies to maximize opportunities and profitability;
- Review progress against business plan on a periodic basis and propose corrective actions in case of deviations
- Benchmark sales productivity with other companies in similar business and drive efforts to improve the same
- Analyse data, discern trends, present insights on key parameters that impact business outcomes
Qualification : Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing from Premium Institute
Experience :
- Minimum of 10+ Years of experience
- Sales Strategy/ Business analytics in an FMCG company
- Benchmarking, market research in the FMCG and / or dairy space
- Sales management in the premium segment
