Role: Head / Lead - Investor Relations and Corporate Finance

Reporting to: CFO

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor to Founders/ CFO and facilitates the development of long-term - growth strategy

- Build, own and manage relations with both current and potential investors

- Lead and manage all future fund-raise processes including investor presentations, positioning, financial model and other due-diligence related material

- Identify and secure appropriate financial alternatives with structures that support the company's rapid growth with optimal cost of capital and with focus on bottom line

- Prepare business intelligence reports & dashboards to streamline the financial, operational and investor MIS across various functions

- Analyze and develop Industry landscape, benchmarking vis a vis market competition.

- Prepare and track annual operating plan and forecasting (Monthly / Quarterly)

- Prepare for regular leadership reviews by analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends and propose corrective actions

- Help drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytics on business drivers

- Derive insights on key metrics such as Return on Investment / Payback, Unit economics

- Identify and propose Opportunities & Levers for Revenue and Margin improvement

Education & Experience:

- MBA from a Top Tier institute / CA / CFA with min. 6-9 years of experience

- Candidates from Consulting / Investment Banking / Investor Relations will be preferred

- Prior experience in Corporate Finance, Debt/Equity raise

- Deep experience in financial modeling, analytics, forecasting

- An understanding of either dairy and/or fintech industry will be an advantage
