Stellapp - Product Management Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understanding the organisation's vision and translating the same into product & process modules to be put in place for making the same reality.

- Creating a roadmap for various product lines (hardware + software)

- Anchoring regular interactions with various teams such as Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Field

- Preparing product pitches, requirement sign-off documents, user stories and training modules.

- Providing relevant inputs for product rollout and serving as the nodal point.

- Being responsible for knowledge dissemination within the entire organisation and providing clarity.

- Undertaking any other task assigned by anyone from the organisation's leadership team. This could involve taking charge of any other product, project or programme as required during the relevant point in time.

- Anchoring in digitising the existing organisation systems (Odoo and internal IT systems)

Qualification: Master's degree preferred, higher weightage for MBA from a top-tier institute

Qualification and Experience:

2. Experience: At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a product management/ owner role

Key Competencies:

- Highly motivated and self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision.

- Willingness to take up new challenges and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with a large group of people with diverse backgrounds.

- Adherence to timelines- must be able to manage different stakeholders to get desired results within tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of the F & B sector (especially milk) is highly desired.

- Prior experience in working with ERP systems (Odoo) is desirable

- Good understanding of preparing Wireframes, Process flows, Business cases and Requirement Gathering
