- Responsible for the overall growth strategy formulation of the SBU in conjunction with the Company top management. - To develop yearly revenue targets and milestones and be accountable for achieving the same in coordination with the Managing Director/ BOD. - Driving day to day operations to ensure a high level of content delivery while ensuring compliance to IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions) principles for existing and new price assessments. - Ensure structures, processes and requisite training regarding principles of transparency and client complain / query on price assessments including escalation matrix. - Be responsible for ideating and conceptualizing relevant and contemporary domain-specific events (domestic as well as global) and assist in implementing these. - Ensure a high level of client interaction with all customers and ensure a high level of customer retention, satisfaction and expeditious client response time. - Establish targets for new client's acquisition in keeping with revenue targets. - The individual would be expected to contribute to all SteelMint events either directly as a speaker or be present for networking. Similarly, the active contribution would also be expected to the Steel360, our industry publication.
