Position: ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER (CORPORATE HR)

Education: Any bachelor's degree with MBA from Premier HR Institutes (IIMs/XLRI/SYMBIOSIS, etc.,)

CTC / annum: 25 to 30 LPA

Role: DEPUTY HEAD HR

Responsibilities:

To lead and manage Corporate HR activities including but not limited to:

- Plan, organize and direct Administrative, HR and support service activities for the Thermal Power Plants.

- Recommend policies and ensures consistency and compliance of various operations under him.

- Align with functional Heads to provide inputs for various HR initiatives like Job Evaluation, Performance Management, determining KRA / KPI / Gap accounting.

- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of STEAG group and HR's overall business plan, key business drivers and stakeholders, and new and ongoing initiatives within the Company.

- Develop integrated communications plan that addresses key HR priorities and issues.

- Prepare and present fact finding and arbitration cases; administers contracts; provides guidance on grievances, contract interpretation.

- Hiring of positions as per vacancy chart, in coordination with respective Department Heads.

- Spearhead employee engagement practices like Climate Survey, plan & execute work place amenities.

- Recommend, interpret and apply various regulations and policies and ensures consistency and compliance with governing laws and regulations.

- Participate with Corporate in Strategic planning and evaluation efforts in related areas and ensures conformance to the strategic planning efforts and activities as per the guidelines and requirements.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures as set by Corporate.

- Monitor the standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures; to review variances to schedules; to interview Middle /Senior-level candidates.

- Ensure preparation of TNI of employees and Training Calendar and execution of training plan.

- Adherence to all approved HR/Admin/Security/CSR and Legal budget.

- Merger and rationalize contract to optimize manpower and cost.

- Prepare Annual Budget for entire department, Cost control while executing departmental activities throughout the year.

- Establishes network with various HR Forums and benchmark best HR practices and ensure that the HR systems respond to the ever-changing / emerging organizational challenges.

- Facilitate collaboration and effective discharging of responsibilities by other verticals.

- Ensuring meaningful and productive engagement of team members and align them with business goal respond to the ever-changing / emerging organizational challenges
