Job Description :

The candidate would be responsible for the entire fund raising activities of the NBFC. The NBFC foresees multifold growth over the next few years and to fuel this expansion it needs to undertake aggressive fund raising exercise.

1. Managing day-to- day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization

2. Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management

3. Maintaining relationship with Banks and developing new Banking relationships

4. Manage, Monitor & Optimization of overall Finance, Transaction charges and Interest Cost for all Banking facilities including debts, & Working Capital. Making of the Finance Budget.

5. Ensuring availability of working capital facilities & Project Financing at competitive rates at required time schedules.

6. Ensure availability of funds for the day-to-day operations and ensuring payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the Company.

7. Credit Rating for the company is improved or maintained. Timely Ratings of all instruments including Annual/periodic surveillance and compliances.

8. Management of debt : Monitor the overall debt of the Company, ensure effective cost of debt and ensuring timely servicing of debt.

9. Cash flow Management : Overseeing Preparation of daily & Periodic (Weekly/Monthly /Quarterly/Annual) cash flows. Reduction of float. Supervision of the Company's Cash Management system effectively and efficiently.

10. Managing short-term surplus & investments of the Company in compliance to policy & SOP. Exploring opportunities of maximizing returns with measured KPI.

11. Accounting & Monitoring of treasury transactions as per applicable standards timely and accurately
