STCI Finance - Dealer/Equity Trader

Role: Equity Trader

We are looking for a candidate who has 8-12 years of experience as an equity trader managing a proprietary trading book. Primary responsibility would be managing a proprietary equity portfolio and achieving profitability targets.

Key Candidate Attributes:

- MBA/CA with 8-12 years of experience

- Prior experience managing an equity portfolio of at least Rs 50-100 Cr

- Experience in trading equity cash and equity derivatives.

- Good analytical skills with ability to carry out industry / company / financial statement analysis

- Keeping abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements,

Key responsibilities:

- Managing trading portfolio while ensuring compliance with prudential risk limits.

- Achieving profit target for the year.

- Scanning evolving market developments, generating/sharing trade ideas.

- Preparing internal industry / company research reports.
