Responsibilities for Sr.Area Sales and Activation Manager

- To generate new leads in the territory assigned

- Meetings with potential retailers/ appointing new customers

- Providing the best possible solution to the customers

- Coordination with the inter departments and customers

- Coordinator between Company and customer for commissioning and after- commissioning the Franchise services

- Determine long and short term sales goals

- Coordination between company and customer to resolve complaints and service issues

- Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management on regular basis

Qualifications For Sr.Area Sales and Activation Manager

- Experience in pharma selling or concept selling; Can be from franchise creation model or brand establishments

- Strong communications skills

- Strong team handling skills

- Able to manage low performer or gauge the area of improvement in the team

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel

- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math

- Creative problem solving skills

- Ability to multitask

- Excellency in market pressure handling

- Fluency in English Hindi and Regional Language

- Willing to travel extensively
