StayAbode Ventures Private Limited is a start up primarily focused on providing hassle free, community rich living to millenials. We are looking for a City Operations Manager who shall be responsible for defining how the city's resources are organized for optimal execution in running the day-to-day operations of the city's buildings under the company's banner with an eye towards delivering on a delightful resident experience. The role will predominantly revolve around the following areas - security management, hospitality services, Infrastructure and facilities management.

Title :- City Operations Manager

Location :- Bangalore

Type of Employment- : Full-time

Reporting to :- Head of Operations

Compensation : - As per industry standards

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the City Manager to optimize the operational efficiency and P&L for the Centres

- Strategically lead multiple operational departments including security, hospitality services, and facilities within the city.

- Drive the success of all operational support for Community Management teams.

- Implement and measure clear KPIs for each sub-department of facilities.

- Manage key processes to optimize the City's business, including goal setting and review, and cross-functional meetings designed to optimize customer experience

- Leverage analytics to identify & recommend opportunities to reduce OPEX and improve business efficiency.

- On an ongoing basis audit key business processes and recommend improvements.

- Play a program management role in the city to ensure that the highest priority projects are successfully executed.

- Promote staff satisfaction by fostering a good working relationship between the Community Managers and the crew at the property.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters from any Tier 1 colleges.

- MBA in Hospitality/ Operations shall be preferred if total work experience is less than 5 years.

Work Experience and Skills

- Strong understanding of building mechanical systems

- Experience opening new business units, including restaurants, hotels, commercial properties, etc. is a plus.

- Deep understanding of building financials in order to continually optimize vendor and team performance

- Must have excellent communication skills and should be able to drive compliances from the Community Managers in a lateral reporting structure.

- Must be willing to constantly hustle and innovate in a dynamic start up environment.
