- Responsible for hiring, training and managing ground teams at the Cluster Level and leading by example.

- Responsible for managing P&L at the Cluster Level.
- Develop and implement strategies to get new properties on board.
- Setting up and managing operations and KPIs for the team in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate business demand.
- Understanding local policies and maintaining positive community relationships.
- Monitor whether the results of the various teams are on schedule, and after each sprint, present the results to the management team.
- Evaluate operations of the properties to ensure adherence to Stay Vista standards and policies.
- Oversee operations flow and implement new processes as required to improve efficiency and support business growth.
- Leverage other departments' expertise to drive standardization and an exceptional customer experience.
