Statutory Compliance Role - Labour Laws - BPO (9-14 yrs)

Bangalore Job Code: 317221

Handling statutory compliance like labour laws, contract labour laws, shops & establishment act, statutory compliance like PF ESIC, compensation and various labor law amendments.

Contract Laws Act :

- Compliance on Registrations, Renewals and Amendments as a principal employer.

- Make sure all eligible vendors obtain license and maintain a tracker with license details.

- Make sure vendor 100% comply under the Act.

- Monthly audit conducted for vendors on the compliances.

- Closure of the notices with relevant reply to authorities if any.

- Conduct awareness sessions to vendor staff to make them understands under various social security benefits like ESIC, EPF, Medical Insurance and Group Personal Insurance.

The Payment of Gratuity Act :

- Make sure all Gratuity payments are done within 30 days.

- Coordinate with LIC team for the early settlements.

- Closure of notices received if any by providing details to authority.

- Submission of Form-L's regularly

The Maternity Benefit Act :

- Helping the team to co-ordinate the women employees to make them understands the benefits.

- Helping the HR Generalist team in address their queries regarding the benefits under the Act.

- Maintenance of Records and submission of Annual returns under the Act
