- Experience in financial statements, IFRS, IGAAP, INDAS, Statutory audit

- The incumbent will be required to work on primary accounting frameworks (US GAAP, Other Domestic, or IFRS) and related financial reporting matters. It will involve performing assurance engagements in compliance with auditing standards and hence should be conversant with GAM (General Audit Methodologies). They will also be required to have knowledge of AWS (Audit Work step).

- Should be able to identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes to enable preparation of recommendations

- Good understanding of industry knowledge and trends

- Research technical accounting issues.

- Know when to refer upward and apply judgment

- Liaising with peers to ensure gaps & overlaps are minimized & end-to-end coverage where auditable area spans business units.
