Statutory Audit Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and lead Statutory Audits of Companies, Firms, and Banks in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage audits of Government Companies appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).

- Drive IFRS convergence and US GAAP to Indian GAAP conversion projects for corporate clients.

- Coordinate Group Reporting processes for multinational clients ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Execute Concurrent Audits of Banks, with a focus on large-scale forex and investment divisions.

- Provide strategic audit insights and support internal teams during complex engagements within the BFSI sector.
