Statutory Audit - CA - Consulting Firm

We are on Look out of candidates with strong experience in statutory audit and effective interpersonal, risk management and presentation skills.The incumbent will get exposure on handling global audit assignment as well as the audit assignment from India across.

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Shifts: Day Shifts

Travelling: 15-20%

Job Responsibilities/Major Accountabilities:

- Support in managing portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of seniors and associates.

- Ensure the team delivers timely and high quality work.

- Demonstrate strong understanding while performing reviews of audit procedures along with knowledge of to make audits related processes more efficient and meaningful.

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key counterparts in engagement teams like Assurance executives.

Required Skills:

- Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing related standards or knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and international auditing related standards is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills.

- Project management, leadership, and coaching, counseling and supervisory skills.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA with 3-5 Years Experience into statutory audit profile.

- Excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.

- 15 -20% of travelling involved.

- Team Management experience will be an added advantage
