Statistical Modeler - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
1) Strong experience in Statistical Modeling, proficiency in SAS SQL, Analytics, Business Strategy, Marketing analytics, market mix modelling, credit card analytics, cards acquisition analytics, market insights, customer analytics, clustering, segmentation, CHAID, Credit card modelling
2) Solid hands on experience in statistical modeling techniques (Regression, Clustering/Segmentation/Predictive Modeling)/strategy development/portfolio management, stakeholder management/Customer Retention, Customer acquisition/ Customer Retention/ Customer Insights/CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Retail Analytics, worked on large datasets and digital/online data sets, etc.
3) Experienced in credit card, consulting, retail, marketing, PLCC, Loyalty Card/ financial services
4) Working knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms will be preferable
5) Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across cross-functional teams
