- Head Plant Operation.
- O&M
- Capacity utilization.
- Full Capacity power generation.
- Laision with local/Govt bodies.
- Smooth SCM of fuel.
- Project Development.
- Next phase Transition.
- Commissioning/Lighting up

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
- NTPC Background preferred
- Head of 500MW+ TPP Plant.
- O&M Experience is a must.
- Laision
- Fuel Management.
- Manpower Management.
- Commissioning/Light up/Stabilization experience.
