Vice President - Project Team Management

Develops and manages project plans for large complex projects ensures effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations including direct staff management responsibilities; oversees staff working on other projects of varying degrees of complexity.

Role responsibilities:

- Directly manages project team members.

- Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a section or department with accountability for results in terms of costs strategies and employees. Manages direct reports on an on-going basis

- Serves as Project Manager by developing and managing project plan to analyze diagnose develop and implement solutions for high impact or complex projects.

- Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of complex or high visibility daily operations. Identifies opportunities to increase quality productivity and control. Develops and implements revised policies procedures and processes. Develops and ensures adherence to quality standards for lifecycle deliverables.

- Oversees projects being performed within department. Provides ongoing direction in the development and management of project plans. Oversees the development of recommendations and action plans; resolves issues.

- May serve as client relationship manager on assigned projects and to assigned business unit peers. Ensures that expectations are appropriate and are achieved. Manages client expectations and anticipates client needs.

- Serves as an expert in multiple functions and provides guidance to team members and clients.

- Prepares various status activity and performance reports for management.

- Bachelors degree in technology business finance or equivalent. MBA a plus

- At least 10 years of related experience (business analysis implementation project management) with at least 4 years of supervisory experience

- Excellent management skills
