As part of our continued efforts to attract diverse talents, State Street India is very pleased to announce the launch of Returnee Program 2018. At State Street, inclusion and diversity is part of our values and culture. We understand that an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce will make us stronger and better. We are launching this program to further demonstrate our commitment in promoting diversity by offering job opportunities to a diverse slate of talents. This returnee program, a collaboration between various business units and GHR, aims to recruiting experienced women candidates who are looking to restart their career. Women on career break for 6 months or above are eligible to participate in this program.

Returnee program intends to offer full time employment for suitable candidates selected through our hiring process. Women who get employed with us shall go through structured training, mentoring, and connect programs for the first 6 months to help them assimilate seamlessly in the workforce.

Hiring Candidates with any of the below mentioned skill set :

- Any experience in Operation Background in Finance or Accounting

- Any experience in NAV/Fund Accounting Experience

- Any experience in Middle Office/Trade Cycle/Custody/Transfer Agency/US TAX

- Any Bachelor- s/Master Degree with 02 to 12 years

- Flexible to work in shifts

- Intermediate knowledge of excel and word (minimum requirement)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
