State Street - Market Surveillance Analyst

The MS support Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day processing, report generation and review work on daily vendor alerts on FX side under Market Surveillance group.

- Performing daily updates on FX trades to apply strategy benchmark on the different instruments data provided by vendor.

- Creating and analyzing daily review for first level trade surveillance activity.

- Development of Business intelligence data hub for trade surveillance reporting and analysis.

- Constant connect with Trade analytics group to understand the FX asset class workflow and dependent client deliverables with surveillance team.

- Maintain documentation as situations or procedures change.

Technical and Education Requirements :

- The candidate will be provided training and the tools necessary to be successful in this position.

- The candidate will need to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.

- Any prior TCA (Transaction cost analysis) experience is a plus.

Experience :

- Candidate needs to have 2-3 years of solid experience in transaction mgmt processes for any investment banking/asset mgmt firm.

- Experience with market data products such as Bloomberg and/or Reuters is a plus.

- Familiarity with business analytics tools such as Tableau is must.

He/she must have business analysis, transaction reporting and other functional/technical skills needed to perform the role responsibilities such as basic sql and VBA.

Education : Bachelor- s/Maters degree in Finance and Technology.
