State Sales Trainer - FMCD

We have immediate opening for sale trainer to one of leading Mobile brand in India for Bangalore location.

- Responsible for all training related activities for Pan India Retail outlets, including LFR

- Reporting of all State Trainers, and planning with them to increase training efficiency

- Preparation of new product training modules with the product teams

- Plan for soft skills and art of selling training

- Development and Learning path planning for State Trainers

- Timely updation of Spiel Book, and product comparison sheets

- Incorporate training feedback into the way of training, to make the training process more learning friendly

- Preparation and Monitoring of training calendars of State Trainers, and planning for re- training at low Knowledge score locations

- Float Knowledge Dashboards timely, and closely monitor the knowledge scores and provide feedback for betterment of the Mi Buddies and Promoters

- Enhance the Route Training program, to make the training program even more efficient and effective on field
